Browser tracking

The site does not load Google Ads or Amazon CloudWatch RUM browser tracking, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Earlier versions included those services. Cookies saved by an earlier visit may remain in your browser until they expire or you clear them in your browser settings.

Hosting and security logs

Amazon Web Services hosts and delivers the site. Requests may be recorded in hosting logs, including an IP address, request time, requested URL and query string, referring page, browser information and response status. These logs support site delivery, reliability and troubleshooting.

Hosting logs follow the hosting service's retention settings. This notice does not promise an independently verified deletion date for a particular request. Avoid putting private information in page URLs or query strings.

Documents and external links

The published engineering letter is a redacted copy with the commissioning clients' names removed. The engineer's professional attribution remains. When you follow an external source link, that website's own privacy practices apply.

Updates

Material changes to this notice will carry a new date. Editorial changes to the property assessment are recorded on the corrections page.
